Incoming - SKX013

I thought this post would be timely, given the “are those still available” questions I’ve seen lately. My first watch was the SKX007, and though it was too big on my wrist, I really enjoyed it. After selling the 007 a few years ago, I’ve picked up its younger sibling after seeing it featured on HODINKEE last week. Everything I remember enjoying about the 007 is here...the day/date, the simple dial, bracelet that rattles...and it actually “fits” my smaller wrist. For those who are interested, I bought it from Creation Watches for $210 and shipping took 4 days.

Dope watch. But I personally do not recommend Creation Watches to anyone. If you ever have a issue they will leave you high and dry.

Where are you at in Colorado?

Congrats on your new piece.

PS: I have bought a half dozen or more watches from Creation Watches over the last 15 years with zero problems.

The problem is when you do have a problem they aren't there to help you. A modder I know bought 15 SKX's from them about 6 months ago. Only two were operational. They wouldn't reply to any emails. He had to file paypal against them.

Creation watches are solid guys, not fly by the night kinda outfit. Never heard anyone having issue with them.
