If you could change one thing

On a currently produced rolex what model and what would you change?

For me I would change the font on the black subc to red and have it meters first.

Gold Daytona ceramics on bracelet, and good supply in UK so we can get the usual PM discounts again.

D-Blue dial on SD43.

On all models single AR inside.

Slightly narrower lugs on the subc and it's perfect

I thought we had ar on all models? Not outside but inside.

Just add lug holes to sport professional models. It's such an easy useable throwback that's right there! They just have to tick a box and it's done.

Brighter bezel colors on BLRO

Brighter sunburst blue dial on SS SkyDweller

Remove "YACHTMASTER II" from YM2 bezel

No PCLs on the BLNR. That's one of only two or three other references from the current crop that I'm interested in, and I would prefer it without PCLs (definitely not a deal breaker though).

Would taper the maxi-case on current Sub and GMT models, and have at least one steel GMT model with no PCL's. That's two changes, but who's counting?

Didn't they used to make smooth gold bezels for the DD? If so I wonder why they stopped?

Making 126600 smaller (40-42mm), remove the cyclops, lumed bezel, and adopt Glidelock clasp from DSSD.

I thought this too but then thought technically "Rolex" is superfluous too as it only advertises what you are wearing. And a plain dial with just hands and numbers would look a bit odd on a Sub or GMT etc

True! Otherwise they will have to increase the depth rating on the watch.
