I'm here and it looks OK to me, but I am by no means an expert on Daytonas. We need more experienced eyes on this one.

Mmm
I can not make out the balance wheel well, but from what I can see it looks very suspicious, as does the bracelet
Absolutely useless photos Stay Away!

As stated, useless photos. Even good photos can still be problematic.

Perhaps request more and better photos plus its history, documentation from the selling AD if possible?

Otherwise -- NO.

Watch in the pics is fine. However, if the seller in question is not "Upper Watches" then they are obviously using stolen pics. Buyer-beware...

Really from that movement photo you can confirm thats a genuine 4030?
Modified Rolex balance wheel?

Hi Eric
By "no"
You can see from that photo, that ZENITH movement has a modified balance wheel, or "no" the Zenith/Rolex movement does not actually have a modified (like Zenith fit) balance wheel?

Anyway from my side I personally can not tell if
1) That photo has a modified by Rolex balance wheel
OR
2) Its a genuine ZENITH movement fitted under a ROLEX dial

Regards
Adam

Not sure what you are getting at (maybe I am missing something?).

The pic shows a factory Rolex 4030 movement with the factory balance.
The 4030 was a highly-modified verision of the Zenith 400 movement (not just a modified balance).
An El Primero 400 and Rolex's improved version (the 4030) are easily distinguishable.

OK. Thanks
We are on the same page - we both agree that Rolex heavily modify the original ZENITH movement prior to calling it 4130.

Our difference, is that I personally can not confirm (or deny) based on those photos if that is a "modified" by ROLEX to a 4030

Best
Adam
