Wow! Really well maintained for a 42 years old watch! Can you share service or polish history if you know it? How often do you wear it and how accurate is it now? Thanks

Some beauties posted....

Here is my contribution. I have a few of them, but this one is so 1980's - 1990's and is a good quintessential example of the model.

Current model 126200 black dial with oyster bracelet.

For a watch I could reasonably afford I think its the best watch ever made.

I was on the fence between the 36mm & 41mm, but since I've owned the OP39, and currently own a 36mm, with my 7-3/4" round wrist I found the DJ41 (which is really 39mm) a better match for me than the DJ36, but both re beautiful.

What is your favorite Datejust of all time?

This blue one is my current favorite. SS fluted Wimbledon is a close 2nd. Azure Blue and White, both with Romans are tied for 3rd.

This one on rubber. The Rolex sports watch for those who don’t want or need a rotating bezel. If I had to keep only one it would be this one.

I got mine on oyster. When I got it I was so happy and I find myself loving it more and more everyday. You can throw it on with a suit or with a pair of jeans.

D36 blue dial, fluted with jubilee. Love this combo right now but the 41mm with Wimbledon gets equal love. 36 just wins it though.....

Most beautiful DJ41 is the rhodium diamond dial on jubilee with fluted bezel.

My wife loves her diamond 6 DJ31. She says it goes with any outfit. Buy now she wants me to source her a diamond bezel. Might have to sell the watch and look for a factory setting.
