Ironically, if he is a sneaker reseller, he'll immediately recognize that phrase from NFR Jordan 1s. That being said, both those things with NFR phrase do go well over retail on resale market.

Yup...

good to remind him as he looks at the time. To divide some of it to Work and some of the time for the family and some of the time for himself.

I did “The road less traveled” on my GMT for my son to eventually have. I also did “Bold. Decisive. Brave.” on a sub as well for him. He’s 5 months old so I’ve got some time to patina those inscriptions up.

Rolex watches work best for older people. On a teenager they don’t look comfortable. It , unfortunately, tends to look flash and showy. Hard to avoid.
Best bet is to put it in a draw for a few years; it will hold value and be ready when the time is ready. They age well, as hopefully will your son.

Sounds like a good idea. Not sure why so many ridiculous replies. His DOB and initials would be special. So would something short and sweet like “I love you, Dad.” Please do share what you decide.

Congratulations to your son.

I might’ve went with something simple like “love dad”. Then he could pass on to his next child and so on.

Regardless I’m sure he’s quite pleased with it
