Rolex 6426 dial refinish help?

I'd be grateful for help on whether this dial is a refinish. Thinking the tritium marking is incorrect for the time period of the watch along with the location of the lume plots. Thanks.

Most likely refinished but they did a good job. It was a very common practice for a tool watch. Doesnt effect value since these watches are plentiful
