Paul Newman rolex ID and Value

Hi, trying to get a little more idea on the value of this watch. Was told it is a 6239 but looks like the dial was replaced. If the dial was replaced I'm assuming the value is significantly less.

That is not a Newman dial.

As mentioned, this is not a Paul Newman dial (it doesn't have the "funky" subregisters). Also, seller can't really claim that the dial used to be a Paul Newman but was replaced, it's still not a Paul Newman.
