I think it is OK, just a polished / polished by time bezel as the teeth have worn down a bit. As stated yesterday, you need to put an insert in the bezel in order to see the relief and then take a photo. Obviously do not force it if the insert does not fit. You also need a side on photo to see the teeth depth.
