Yeah it does take forever. Maybe you can farm that part out? Just the editing of the pics.

Great work, can you confirm or deny something for me though?

I have a feeling that "Solid" links are, while 100% 18k gold, are not necessarily "Solid" the way we think of that term...

Based on my weighing, without breaking apart a link and destroying it... I think it's constructed similarly to this:

The older president bands single quick and before are constructed like this. The newer solid links for two tone Oysters are solid from what we can tell. Not just end caps with hollow cores.

With the half life being like 12-15 years how does this stuff still glow?? Or what am I missing?

Not long maybe a minute. I dont know the science behind it but I believe it has something to do with being in that tin for all those years away from light. It’s speckled almost glitter like. Much different than modern paste.

These are the best chamfers I have seen done on 5 digit references, all too often I see that they are too heavy which isn’t how they came from Rolex. The 90’s-00’s 5 digits were very light on the chamfer. Job well done!

So pleased with the work you guys did on my coke GMT II above! The chamfer work is indeed amazing, but even more so when one sees the owie on the edge of my lug. Here's the "before" pic. Imagine how misshapen my case would be if you didn't rebuild the edge with 904L first. Instead, my case is in like-new condition, AND dimensions. Game changer. Thanks again!

I'm starting to see Pepsi fatigue. I predict Coke is on the rise. Will check again in 12 mo. When I think of Coke I think Red and White. I'm guessing the Red is the can and Black is what's inside of it?

We’ve been a bit quiet but we’ve been busy. Here’s a quick peak of what we’ve been working on....

1961 PCG GMT 1675

We’ve fielded quite a few requests in regards to thin and worn lugs. We’ve seen plenty worn nearly to the lug holes. For this PCG 1675 the chamfers should be nice and wide, but the chamfer on this case would almost certainly reach the lug hole.

Laser welding the amount of 316L required to build up this lugs take a good amount of time. It's not cheap, but in cases like this what is the other option? To prevent pitting, welds must be in a nice tight grouping. Very even and as flat as possible. It is a lot harder than it sounds.
