Any information of this Vintage Rolex?

Hey all, im looking for any information on this Rolex. It belonged to my grandmother and i dont know much about it. I think it could be from the mid 1940s but not sure. Any information is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Looks more like 60's or early 70's.
I assume case and band are both gold.
It is a dress watch with no specific name.

Have you opened it yet to see if there are any markings on the inside of the case back?

Not yet, might have to bring it to a watchmaker and figure this thing out

Would be willing to bet that case and band are both gold.
Bezel has diamonds.
Still not a terrible valuable watch.
A men's stainless steel watch would be woth more.
