Service center ?

Been to the Dallas service center on another issue, but forgot to ask. Will they change out just a gmt bezel? Understand its a replace and keep old one. Just want the bezel replaced. 16750

The bezel, or just the aluminum insert?

Sure - at retail price. It isn’t while you wait unfortunately. But if they had your style in stock then you could get lucky.

I believe they will replace the insert witha like insert. I donot think they will change a solid black for a pepsi insert.

Remove your old insert first and tell them it popped out and then get a new one.

The RSC will let you switch inserts (or bracelets, or dials) for any other that was factory-available on your model -- including the one you already had, if you just want a new one.
