How have I never heard about this brand? PEQUIGNET

Does anyone know anything about this brand?

I absolutely loved this watch featured here. It has a great dial layout with a unique set of very useful complications and an in-house movement. Movement finishing looks decent as well.

Anyone know of other watches with both dual time and calendar? Been looking for one for a while:

Pequignet might be it. Tempting!

You might have missed the story just below the feature in the first link. That might be one of the reasons you have never heard of them.

The company is still alive. Apparantly it was purchased and saved by its own employees

I sort of remember the bankruptcy thing, then lost track of the Brand. I also remember liking a few of their watches enough to consider buying.

Hope they stay around.

Some of the Vintage Pequignet watches have Genève printed on the dials. I’m intrigued to know more about this company, the web is not friendly to the history of this brand.
