Appreciation of AP ROC 26320ST blue dial
Hey guys,
Do you consider this a keeper? A rare watch? Any fellow owners who can shed some light on your experience with these 41mm chronos? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I have no idea if it’s considered rare, but for me at least it’s definitely a keeper! What an awesome watch you have, great photos!

Thanks, I think I might have done a poor job at the message and purpose of thread. I will repost . I’m interested in how others feel about the Royal Oak Chronos within the AP model line. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

It's a nice watch but I don't think it's rare. I prefer the new version, ie ref 26331ST with panda dial.

No it wasn’t about the time. I posted my original post kinda rushed. I didn’t even express why I’m posting! Basically I’ve been having some doubts about the watch, and wanted to know what the perception of it was amongst the community. Like, imagine a guy who owns a 5711 not knowing it’s a hot watch and he sells it! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Love the photos!! What lens did you use for these? I gotta save up to get an M10 someday, I love my M6 but I don’t use it that often, kinda feel like shooting film is more for special occasions than everyday photos… |

It is an M10, with an 50mm APO + Macro adapter.
Photography is my main hobby - I should add, and all money I make with photography goes to watches :D |

Ahh you used a macro adapter, that makes sense, was wondering how you got so close up with a Leica haha Yeah that’s also my hobby, except I don’t make any money off of it, just take photos for myself |

IMHO AP chronos (while terrific stunning watches) are not as in demand as more faithful renditions of the Gerald Genta jumbo.
When it comes to AP collectors are often purists (jumbos being the example of an AP that holds value best). Don't get me wrong, there are definitely AP chronos that are special. I just don't see this model gaining favor amongst collectors in another 5 years |

For me, I went with the Chrono because I felt that the 15400's dial was too 'empty' for the size. Just too much empty space. Where as, with the 15202, there's the AP logo at 6 o'clock which balances it out 100%. I'm still interested in the 15202, but not willing to pay 30k+ for it, or wait years. But its definitively a watch I'd love to have. But to be honest, I don't know if I have space for two blue faced Royal Oaks in my collection. One would have to go. |

I love these but wish they'd return to the 39mm size. I actually prefer the dial of the all blue 26320ST but felt like they lost some of the charm of the 39mm 26300st, which is what I ended up going with.

I agree. This watch would be perfect, if it was a bit smaller. I haven’t tried on a 39mm, but it might be perfect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
