My Habring2 Doppel 3

I received my Doppel last summer and it immediately became my daily driver. I have grown so fond of it my other watches are stashed away in my watch case. The thing I love the most is the nightly winding of the beautiful crown. It just feels right.

Beautiful! Congrats

Always admired the brand and what the Richard and Maria have accomplished. On my “long list” :)

Nice watch. I really like the Habring2 ethos. They may not be the most highly finished movements out there but there is an honesty (for lack of a better word) and expertly made tool like feeling to the movements that I really like. Would it be possible for you to post a close-up picture of the movement for us to droll over?

Habring² is finely engineered, quality independent watchmaking for a price that is very reasonable for the market. They don't do hand finishing because it would raise the price a lot.

They are great people, doing very good work.

It's the next gen of a revolution in making a split-second chronograph made by the guy who invented it!

Is it different from the Doppel Felix?

Love that watch. Is it still in production? I saw the salmon dial Doppel Felix and it gave me that funny feeling in my stomach. I'd love me a Habring split.

The Doppel Felix is a new evolution of the Doppel. I was able to have my Doppel 3 custom designed by Maria Habring, during the transition. I think they still make a Doppel 3 as a custom order. Just send them an email.

I really love the look and feel of my Doppel 3 (also very cool that it might be a 1 of 1). It has caused me to wear my beloved Daytona less frequently.
