Hey Jack..welcome aboard. I think Rolex will be next. I am not sure exactly how much is ebay's responsibility. Fakes are so good now a days and it's not illegal to sell your own Rolex so I would guess a split decision. Ebay paying up something and changing the way the watches are sold on there.
