Question on box 67.00.3 difference
Good day fellow members, I have a question on two legit boxes, model 67.00.3 As stated both are from legit sources, even found in our forum, and one part of a old sale of a 1680 complete set at Christies. One has an accent on the word Creation & one does not. Both have an accent on the word Geneve

I have five of these boxes. No two look exactly the same. I believe there were different manufacturers.

Just a guess, but maybe for different markets? The two words are the same in English and French with the exception of the accent aigu (as a Montrealer, Im sure this isnt news to you!). Genčve is pretty standard so maybe Creation Geneva lacks enough elegance...
