Watch Winder

Hi guys;

Since we don't have a "Buy/Sell Forum" I thought this location would at least get seen by the most people.

I may be looking to buy a single watch winder for overnight. Yeah, I know some of you sleep, shower, work, play and make love while wearing your watch (is that what the short timer is for on the Sub?).

Anyway, I know very little (spell that virtually nothing) about these devices but some of the ones I've seen are just plain butt ugly! I'm not looking to spend a lot of $$ but I also don't believe in spending money for something that will fall apart quickly, not do the job properly or just be a hunk of cheap plastic. Probably looking for battery powered with an on/off switch for when not in use. Must conform to Rolex preferred movements (what direction?, number of cycles?, etc.)

Sooo, help me out here. Any recommendations, suggestions (be gentle), or units you have that are no longer needed? All responses will be greatly appreciated.

Richard

Hey Richard,

Email me at dkmasanda@comcast.net

I have a single winder with an AC adapter that is pretty quiet. It turns a bit too much but you can buy a plug in timer to control how much it turns, it is really easy pal. Anyway, this winder is just sitting in the box since I use a double winder now. Believe me, the price will be right (free) and I would love to get it to you to keep your watch ticking away.

I used this winder for about a year and never had a problem at all. If you are interested, drop me an email and I will get it out first of next week for sure.
