Good day today.

Hi guys,

Received a call from my A.D. this morning, "We have a 126660 Blue/Black that came in this mornings shipment, are you still interested". I went straight down and picked it up.

The watch wears totally different from the 116660 J.C., far more comfortable, it feels less top heavy, more balanced and stable, if that makes sense.

I'll post the obligatory photos tomorrow.

Here you are guys, a couple of photos as promised.

As you can see it came with the warranty card, the dealer removed most of the stickers but left a few there.

What changed that this model wears differently then the original Deepsea Challenge model?

The bracelet and clasp are wider.

Not my photos (I lifted them off Ebay) but I think these show the difference quite well.

Congrats! The size is a bit large for me personally (mostly office wear), but the dial is fantastic.

Is it weird that I kind of like the thinner bracelet? I know the thicker one is more proportionate but I think the taper is signature rolex.

Just my opinion of course.

Not only the bracelet is wider but end link to end link is much closer/shorter on the newer version. Thus better fit especially for smaller wrist. The min hand is slightly longer too to reach the hash marks. And finally, the new 3235 movement.
