I’ve never seen that model before, but they’ve made a ton of models over the years. I bet it has that cool little manual wind movement inside that so many ladies watches had from that era. It would be fun to clean it up and service it.

Is it worth anything? I was going to gift it to my wife but not if it is considered a low-end model.

Not much IMO but Longines is a very respected brand with a long and interesting history. If you're a watch guy that knows what Longines represented in the past you can have this one serviced and I'm sure your wife would be happy but if price is what you're looking for I'd pass.
