Did anyone see the new movie Argo, about the Iran hostage crisis? In the movie, Ben Affleck plays the CIA exfiltration specialist who rescues the six Americans held up at the Canadian Ambassador's house. A Rolex Sub is prominently featured on Ben's wrist throughout the movie - I was excited to see a vintage Sub getting some face time in a major movie. To my dismay, in a movie where they paid great attention to replicating the details of that era (late 70s) - they neglected to give the Sub period specific bracelet. What you see on the screen is the Glidelock bracelet, which was not invented back in 1979. Other than that small hiccup - great movie!
