Lighten up.
So, you'll continue to be stubborn and identify the watch with the incorrect name.......nice job!!. Kleenex for tissues and stickies for post-its are commonly accepted names for those products. Your analogy is way off. What you're doing, in your analogy, is calling toilet paper Kleenex while everyone else knows, that when you refer to a product as Kleenex, it is tissues we are speaking about, not toilet paper. Odd, that you have trouble seeing that.

Anyway, continue to call it by whatever name you like.........just know that most will consider you a on that topic.........

Why can't so many folks understand the white dial Daytona C is not the Panda?

It is not a Panda. But of all the silly nicknames out there, calling this a Panda is one of the least egregious in my opinion.

Love them both but I’ll go for my Pepsi 10 times before I pick up the Daytona once!

Pepsi for me. I use both the date window and the second time zone feature several times a day. The chronograph complication of the Daytona clutters the dial and does nothing for me.

I didn’t refer to anything as a panda aside from using the word in this thread nor do I refer to this particular Daytona reference as a panda (offline).

I was merely responding to a message that wreaked of snootiness and elitism which added nothing constructive to the discussion.

Last, your retort is incoherent drivel. I meant what I wrote and nothing more.

Not a fan of either. However, if I had to choose, the Daytona.

Great thread, especially the proper nomenclature crowd vs the commoners. I couldn't bring myself to choose either. They're both fantastic.

Daytona by a mile. Not close. Prefer black Daytona though but white is still great.

Because I suspect they are well under 40 years old and part of the new breed of Instagram posers. Just an old mans views on the topic. I'll add I cant stand when the white ceramic is referred to as a Panda. To me worse than finger nails on a chalkboard.

for me the answer is always Daytona!!! Especially as the Daytona is a better fit for my wrist and isn't quite as flashy a watch!!!

BLRO all day. Can’t get past the dainty size of the Daytona on my wrist, lack of a date, and assymetrical lugs.

LOL.......I totally understand why you would continue to deflect while everyone here is telling you, you're wrong.......its not a Panda Daytona yet you continue to argue using faulty analogies. Comprehension is obviously not one of your strong points!! You're nothing more than a stubborn, obstinate

I'll definitely go with the GMT, my favorite reference.

Sad that some people can't just look at the esthetic of an object and feel the need to denigrate this TD.

Also I agree about the Panda, more of a Lemur kind of dial...

Why would everyone here tell me I'm wrong?

Do you think I am the original thread starter who referenced the white dial Daytona as a panda?

Regarding your reference to comprehension...straight gaslighting.

Further interaction with you is futile. Good luck with your life, I mean that seriously.
