Thank you... great minds think alike, I just put in order for chrono blue

Eyes keep wandering to the platinum CS, it is couple of months before delivery will see what happens

I liked the heft of the platinum, but I had a harder time reading the time at certain angles than with the RG.

The fact that your AD can get you a CB in a couple of months is impressive, but CB or CS, either way you can't go wrong. Good luck and can't wait to see pix of whichever you decide!

AD tells me march.
Agree legibility is job one.

2 different platinum with white dial available. Either with black numerals s blue hands or with white metal numerals & hands.

Tried to post pics but "too large", then I crop and become "wrong format"

Check out FPJ sight to see the two diff versions of platinum case white dial.

Certainly familiar with the two dials available with the CS. The gold/platinum dials with the surfaced numerals is just much more classic to my taste. I understand that the red gold case/red gold dial version in particular is really the watch FP Journe always wanted to make, but had to prove himself with tourbillons and other complications first.
