The watch with the Black NATO strap is my newest...it was a replacement for the USED Watch I was sold - the one in the second photo. The seller at Amazon shipped me a scratched used watch, but replaced it.
Amazing pics, you just sold me a orange monster!

Was thinking about a 16610 Sub but just bought an Orange Monster (hmm $5,000 vs. $200). Great watch and lots of fun and I'm not thinking about the Sub ... until next week!

I'm getting ready to order a Monster as we speak (type?), I'd set on Orange, but I also saw the 'Tuna'. Any thoughts on which is better, cash aside?

Tunas (whatever variation) would be better in all ways -- better movement, better finish, etc -- than the Monster! the SBDX011 would be the king daddy of all Tunas.

BUT... part of the Monsters appeal is its price! very solid watch, maybe off COSC specs, but you wouldn't mind banging it (it is less than $200 versus the SBDX011 at above $3kUSD prices).

can't go wrong with either!

You'll probably end up getting them both.

For those undecided whether to get the Black or orange, why not get both as both are equelly appetising, IMO.

All you need to do is shake it left and right for 30 seconds or so and it's good for well over 24 hours. Think of it as a free excercise initiative. It keeps the time whilst keeping you fit

I'd certainly prefer it if it had a manual wind feature and a hack mechanism but for the pennies that this watch costs it really cannot be beaten.

Monster

Have the Black Monster and love it. For the price and for what you get you can't go wrong.
