Double Red Sea Dweller case type question

Hi
Does anyone know when the Double Red Sea Dweller went from a thin case to the thicker type? Was it done by year/serial number/mark etc?
Many thanks guys

Earliest thin case around 1.6 and latest is 2.9. I think all 3.0+ are thick case.
