I prefer the blue. Wish they did it in another size, other than just the 41mm, but it is a great looking watch in person.

Great watch indeed I tried all 3 available sizes (41,43 and 46) and found the 41mm fits perfectly fine with me. So legible also hence it comes with with fully dark background and polished hands. And red accents make so beautiful with the blue

I couldn't put my hand on the 41 in classic reverse panda. And to me personally this is The Navitimer.

The look of the navitimer is really growing on me. Its one of those models I couldn't appreciate when first getting into watches, but the more you get into the hobby, the more you acknowledge its beauty. My wife, for instance, thinks the navi looks like a really busy dinner plate, haha! The blue dial and black subdial design is surprisingly beautiful and gets better the more you look at it.

This is a win-win situation, regardless. Depends on what else is in your collection. Although I would typically choose blue (have many blue dialed watches in my collection), I voted for Black.

My favourite Breitling in the collection has a black dial and silver / light colourd subdials. This combination just works in my opinion. You'll be happy with the choice either way!

Agreed, great icon. The blue is mesmerizing.

Many thanks. Will consider that

This poll comes to show that both of the two colors you have selected are indeed icon-worthy and probably THE two dial colors to go for when buying a navi. I saw the ice-blue one the other day, and while I wouldn't wear one myself, I get that it might be among the top favorite color choices for the navi.

My only issue with this watch is:WHY can't they make this waterproof (at least surface/shower level waterproof)? I have become so accustomed to wearing my watches in any weather and under water, that this might be a minor deal breaker for me!

I understand they cannot increase water resistance due to slide rule, they could reduce the height though

I've been wanting a Navitimer for a long, long time, and yet I've never purchased one. When the new models came out, I tried them on and while the 43mm version can work, the 41mm version works better on my 6.7" wrists. Now that the classic black dial with silver subdials comes in the 41mm, I think I've found my Navitimer! Between the two you posted, I definitely prefer the black with silver subdials.
