Shes back!!!

Besides the long wait, it's back! Looks great they reissued a new case back and cleaned up there botch job. My only draw back is noone let me know it was getting delivered. Was at work yesterday and fed ex showed up with it,lol. I am happy to get it back but I thought they could of offered a strap or something for destroying my new watch and having it for almost 6 months. O well...

Glad it’s back and good as new.... just crazy that it took them 6 months.

Yes 12 weeks at Richmond USA to fix watch stopping, then when I recieved it they scratched everything on a brand new watch including case back. Was told to send it back to Richmond. After a week they decided to ship to Switzerland. They had to reissue a new engraved caseback plus fix the botched repair job around 10weeks. They also took the whole watch apart and cleaned parts and serviced it .

Looks great! Did they by any chance extend the warranty by 6 months? (incredible that they didn't just gave you a brand new watch...) Glad it worked out in the end for you, but 6 months is really terrible customer service.

Cheers,
Joe

Wow, that was quite an ordeal. Glad they didn’t botch the delivery, that would’ve really been icing on the cake

Congratulations, it looks great

Where did you get the strap? It works so well with that dial.

Wow, that's a heck of a situation. Glad she's back and fully serviced now too.
