Interesting story,

Gerard and I were working on a deal with a gentleman who had a naked Batman.

This friend of mine owns a pawn shop and was having trouble staying afloat during this time

While the watch ended up being sold to another buyer, Gerard was ready cash in hand to purchase the timepiece should that first buyer back out

I'm not sure if you can give references unless you've done a deal but I think the way Gerard carried himself speaks volumes that he was willing to help out a friend in this troubling time.
