This was the exact thread I was looking for! Interested in getting a TT Santos in the future. Sounds like I should go to the AD’s I normally visit and shoot for minimum 10%.

It will depend on the buyer. If you regularly buy watches then the maximum discount is 25%. ADs usually provide 10% to casual watch buyers. 25% off requires relationship with AD.
