Ceramic bezels are very fragile when not firmly in the bezel. You're asking for expensive trouble if you try to insert a ceramic bezel without proper tools/training.

your sub bezel pip doesn't quite look right. Maybe it's just the blurry pic. Anyway, some guts you got doing a mod like this. I hope your case made it out unscathed. Not too shabby.

Have you seen the video of the guy who built a Lamborghini in his basement? Some people are pretty handy. While I have no doubt the ceramic insert is tricky, It probably isn't any more difficult than a lot of other things if you take your time and plan it out.
