Any experience with the official Paris Boutique?
Does anyone have any comments regarding the official Paris boutique on Rue Royale?
They apparently have a service center there and I need to get a bracelet resized. Would also like to have the bezel checked out, so hoping they can do it while I wait instead of having to make an appointment. Thanks |

The only occasion I visited this boutique was last month to look at RO chrono model and not for service. Small boutique, rather busy place since it is only 1 of 2 for a big city like Paris. When I came in (with no appointment), all associates were occupied with customers. Suggest calling them first before coming in. Other TRFers may have more experiences to share with you.

Visited few years back. I made an appointment with their Boutique Manager thru a fellow TRFer who had dealing with them. On the actual day, he was not available ( in a meeting ) and sent out a SA to meet me instead, who was kind of lukewarm and gave me the usual "hard to get" speech. So I left after a short while and I senses his lack of interest. Probably they cater more to local clients.
I have dealings and have bought from several AP boutiques in my travels. Hands down the best is still the Hong Kong one.

Was there last week. Both location. Small store. Nothing of interest on display. SAs were nice.

Been twice and I have to say was treated the best by far out of every other AP boutique I've ever been to. The last was by far the best and must have been there close to an hour chatting with the manager and SAs. Must have tried on 5 pieces including two PCs and a new concept and was offered some surprising discounts as well. Granted was mid 2018 but great experiences. Funny thing was I strolled in both times wearing my SD43, my standard travel go-to. |

Worth giving it a call. It’s small and I spent most of the time upstairs during the last visit. Tried on some crazy pieces last time. Nice but busy.

Agree that you should make an appointment. I was just there for the 1st time a month ago.
They have a small team, and I did see some other drop-ins having to wait a little. I was there to pick up a watch and received A+ service from Sorina, the boutique manager, and interestingly enough, the gentleman who runs their service center. I didn’t have anything serviced, but I was early for my appointment and hungry, so he walked me to a really nice bistro nearby that he recommended. He even came back 40 mins later to pick me up and walk me back to AP even though it was only 5 mins away. They didn’t have much inventory to show for — it’s also late in the year and all allocations are done. Enjoy your visit!

If it is a company owned boutique they should be very nice and accommodating, I would think.
If it's an AD boutique and you did not buy it there, then good luck. |

So I went to visit the boutique last Thursday and the experience was really good. I had a chat with a very friendly senior technician and he went out of his way to accommodate me.
I walked in without calling beforehand and also did not have an appointment and it was very quiet. Thanks |

Great. So did they attend to the service of your watch?

I chose not to service at this time, but they told me that they have a new service in certain countries now, which is a pickup and delivery service you can use if you don't have an ad or service center nearby. Quite interesting!
The level of polishing. |
