The most expensive Tudor obviously, so I can sell it and buy a Rolex and keep the change, Lol .
Nothing wrong with a Tudor , is a fine watch, is just my own screwup perception.
I believe a Tudor has a place on a collection, more like a tool watch. But for me I have my speedy to fill up that slot.
Again is my perception of the speedy that makes me prefer it. Is very personal, and not necessarily rational

Cheers

Glad you’re back Chewy. I’m going with Tudor.

BB GMT and new Chrono are both preferred over OP and AK.

it wouldn't even be the most expensive Tudor- I'd take the Tudor GMT, Pelagos or Chrono over any Roles other than maybe a Rootbeer, ( which i'm told is not the cheapest Rolex).

I find them more attractive, functional and interesting than most Rolex.

Hard to turn down a new OP. Especially with a yellow dial.

Like both specialty Tudors I have.

They get more time than my most base Rolex… DJ41.

There are NO "Cheap Rolex"...just less expensive ones.
I WOULD pick an OP36 over any Tudor.

Isn't the most expensive Tudor the BB58 gold.

Personally, I would prefer the bright blue OP36 but that's just me.

Rolex OP, Explorer, and Sub are the entry level price point. Tudor makes a fine watch but held in the hand doesn't do anything for me that I can't get from Omega or even Longines. That green Longines diver looks good

What would you rather own?

We’re talking current production right?

If the most expensive Tudor came with a brushed gold bracelet with T-fit, I would buy it over the cheapest Rolex for sure, maybe even over the most expensive Rolex.

Come to think of it, I would buy and wear the cheapest Tudor over the cheapest Rolex as well.

I can imagine what the most expensive (diamond-encrusted) Rolex looks like, and would rather wear the cheapest Tudor than that.

What would you rather own?

I'd definitely prefer the Rolex as I've got an OP41 but no expensive Tudor although the only one I own I really love.

Rolex. A 36 OP with a black dial, let’s say, or a 34 Date… timeless classic… either a forever heirloom piece. Most expensive Tudor will be cool for a while.

I only buy watches that I like. Not by price point and not by manufacturer.

So far Tudor hasn't ticked any of those boxes and only a couple Rolexes have as well.

But I'm sure that Rolex loves the fact that instead of people fighting about Rolex vs Omega or some other brand it's Rolex vs Tudor, which Rolex owns.

Owning your competition is a good business strategy.
