Lvc has a lovely dial for sure. But can’t stand that shade of green on the bezel.
The supercase doesn’t help... og Lv ftw

Prefer the 5-digit version in the long run, but the 6-digit is fun for mixing things up.

I prefer the Kermit due to the case and its bevels. I prefer the classic case over the super case.
Also, the Kermit bezel has the possibility of developing patina while the ceramic most likely does not. |

Dial = LVc (green gold sunburst)
Bezel = LVc (scratch resistance) Bracelet = LVc (solid links with ceramic pins) Durability = LVc Lugs= LV Discreetness =LV Collectibility = LV for now, but who knows once LVc gets discontinued. Having both, I find myself wearing the LVc 25-30x more than the LV. |

Kermit for now but hopefully Hulk soon.
For the longest time, I was a pre-ceramic Sub fan till I got my Kermit. The maxi hands and dials are superb. Just last week, finally dove in, head first on a ceramic sub date. Saw one available at AD, Didn’t even think twice. Bracelet and Glide lock is great. The maxi case no longer bothers me. Hope to get the call for the hulk next year. Kermit says hello while it wait for the hulk join family. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Just a modern fanboy. If there will be a 126610 green Sub I will choose that over the so called Hulk. The newer the better for me. Don’t see what they ruin with newer technology and more experience. Although to be honest, for me the latest Sea Dweller 126600 wasn’t an improvement compared to the 116600.

The Kermit is a Sub with a Green Bezel. The dial on the Hulk sets it apart from all others. Now, True, the Kermit is a Safe Queen and wonderful for Flippers. I love Rolex green !

I had the Hulk first. I found the green dial too limiting, and I could not get used to the maxi case. Now have the Kermit and love it.

Kermit any day of the week. Not into ceramic. Give me a flat 4.

I disliked the Hulk for a long time but it has grown to be one of my most wanted pieces. I love 5 digit references but the Hulk is something special.

I have owned both and while I loved the 16610LV, I preferred the 116610LV:
- sunburst (gold) dial - ceramic bezel with platinum deposited numbers - supercase - Glidelock clasp - solid link bracelet Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Wished the green on the hulk bezel was the same exact shade as the Kermit.
The hulk green looks to light. |

The LV is very nice and classic but I'll never forget the day I first picked one up in a store back when it was available. It was going for about $5.6k like new. First thing I said was wow this thing is flimsy and light, it felt cheap. Now I actually gravitate towards lighter watches. Wish I had bought it though, because now I understand more why it felt like that.
Nonetheless, The LVC's modern upgrades are way too good to pass up. I would love to own both and switch the green bezel on the LV to black. |

I like the Kermit the best. I had the option to buy either.
It is a great transition of the current larger hands and maxidials that also pay homage to the past Rolex divers with large plots. However, it keeps the traditional case which I prefer. The only downside is the bracelet. Even the bracelet on the Kermit isn't as nice or comfortable as the Hulk. Plus, I prefer to have the option to swap inserts. Plus, in certain light, the Hulk insert looks like light green toxic waste. JMHO |
