If you have the spare links you can do this yourself very easily. If you don't you'll need to buy one through the AD (or risk eBay) and get it fitted there. That's what I did and the AD charged me about £60 for the link and fitting on my DSSD.

Despite your lack of punctuation, I believe I understand your question. No AD will charge you more than a few dollars or Euro to add attach a link that you already have...if anything.

Just need a good quality screwdriver. Screws may be secured with Loctite so you may need to heat them up to break the Loctite.

Yes I do have the link but I would not feel confident doing this myself. Would this not be covered by the Warranty

Dude....lefty loosey, righty tighty. Why would you not feel confident turning a screwdriver? I recommend a 1.6mm screwdriver and some basic punctuation, and you'll be pleasantly surprised with the ease of the task. You'll also likely experience a satisfying feeling of accomplishment and pride in doing something yourself.

Use blue painters tape to tape around the screw in case the screwdriver slips. It's a easy job.

They'll charge ten quid, just get your dusty wallet out.
