Rolex / Tudor - Screw Down Chrono Button

Dear Rolex Experts,

I'm rebuilding or servicing a Tudor Chronograph with the 7750 movement
and the case is what they call the big block on other sites.

My problem is, one of the brass chrono button screws is broken, and I need
to replace it. Otherwise the watch is done. Or I could replace both or the one
pusher buttons ? If I do that, I'll need to buy a chrono button tool, which I
believe the size is 3.05mm ? Didn't want to have to do that, would prefer a
brass screw with the O-ring slot on it.. Does anyone out there have one ? I
would be willing to buy and ship.... Thank You for you time !
