New is a lot better if the difference is so little like that.
You also should ask BNIB that what is the date on the warranty card? It might be BNIB but it can be dated back 2-3 years also. |

For me at that price range i'd rather just cough up for MSRP and get it from a boutique knowing it's 100% authentic. I view the MSRP price like a 5k premium insurance for authenticity.
If purely between the two, then option A. |

I would buy this from an AD. I think 45k from AD is possible as this one is not hard to find.
