New Member, Hopefully New Owner
Hi TRF,
I've been a lurker for some time, but finally registered as a lot of posts I come across on watchrecon lead me to here but I can't see the pics in classifieds being a guest. My name is Mark and I'm 25. I currently wear an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra everyday. I'm looking to buy my first Rolex, most likely a Submariner ND. I've definitely been interested in the Explorer II with the red GMT, but I feel like if I got that I'd still be looking at Subs for sale. I've been waffling between the 14060m and the 114060. I have about a 6.25" wrist, maybe even smaller. I went to my AD and tried on a TT 116610, as of course the NDs sell so quick they didn't have any. I think I was just at my max with the maxi-case. I can post a picture, if you guys are interested. I chatted with my rep for awhile and got to know him, and he is calling me when they receive their ND towards the end of the month. In the mean time, I've seen a few 14060m's here for sale and while the price difference is nice, I'm wondering if the glide-lock will really be something to consider to have the best fit. Any input on this would be appreciated. Just realized this seems a bit long for an intro post, so I'll stop there. Hope to participate in the discussions here as an owner soon. Thanks! |
