I had the same problem with a blue pelagos , the only time I enjoyed it was in the autumn and winter months any sign of sunshine it just completely went the wrong shade of blue .

My personal opinion is that this watch is either you love it or hate it. If you like the color green you love it...if you don't like green you won't want it. Personally, I don't see myself ever wanting it, but I won't say never either.

It’s a cool watch love it man. Green is hard color to wear, wear too much you look like a leprechaun, so just a dash is good. Like a stripe or just a small logo in green in your outfit will look dapper and the watch of course! Congrats

You won't find anything green anywhere in my closet, other than the logo on a pair of Stan Smith's, or next to the red and black on a Gucci scarf. So, not part of anything I've ever considered.

I’ve had my Hulk since October but I was in an another country soon after I picked it up. I managed to get it out the safe and it sure does change colours depending on the light. I prefer my BLNR over it I think, giving it some wrist time to see if I can fully covert to a Hulk lover, I was for a while but it wasn’t on my wrist then

I think the LV is a cool watch and I have owned it 3 times. Each time it does not get the wear it should to justify the cost and I always move on. Based on the price increase in the Grey Market I doubt I will go back.

I'd prefer if it was always dark green like on this picture by nyc2la. In the sunlight there is too much green

I have a love-hate relationship with this watch...

Not my style, but I can see the appeal. The sunburst dial probably helps with the look.

I think the dial is one of the best Rolex has done , but shade of ceramic green insert doesn't do it for me .

I thought about why I keep defaulting to the LVc and I think it’s about superior legibility in any light. There is a reason why highway signs are printed with white letters and a green background. The green background and white font offer superior low light legibility. That obvious and simple fact has totally escaped my reasoning why functionally I find the LVc superior to my eyesight till now. I did some quick research on green back ground and white font and it is indeed a ideal color combo for superior and quick legibility. Studies from highway safety to NASA has shown this.
Just one more practical reason to say why you want a LVc besides “it’s a handsome time piece”

I do not own a Hulk, but I sometimes love seeing it on pictures and sometimes I just don´t feel like it. What I do asking myself over and over again is how a black dial sub with that ceramic green bezel would look like. I love the 50th anniversary Kermit, and I think it would be awesome to have a ceramic version of it…

Hey guys,

First up... What app do I need to download in order to respond to every comment in one go, is it TapaTalk? Some good points made but I don’t want to clog up the thread with individual replies!

Now, the watch! My choice of title on the thread was obviously very poor and I’ll hold my hands up to that. The LVc is a stunner and I wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. I love that deep forrest green under certain low lighting as well as the sunburst dial under direct light, it’s absolutely stunning. My only gripe is the dial/bezel not matching under certain light but it’s not a deal breaker in any way. I’m very lucky in obtaining this piece with less than a two week wait brand new last July. I flirted with the idea of flipping but can’t can’t bring myself to do it!

The BLNR gets majority of wrist time but as a friend said, the LVc is more of a summer watch and I can appreciate that to a certain degree!

I like how the bezel looks pale in some light. Gives it a kinda aged look, like a faded Pepsi insert.
