Rolex 9315 bracelet and 1974 red sub
Guys, i have a 1974 Rolex Red Sub which came with a 9315 bracelet (folded metal)
Did these bracelets come as std on these watches as i've been told that they were found on models much earlier than mine! Thanks! |

The folded 9315 could definitely be correct for your watch, with 280 or 380 end links. I believe they were used up until 1975-76. There was some cross-over on 1680s in the mid-late '70s when the new 93150 came along, but they're usually on white 1680s. I think the rivet bracelet was also an option, at least it was on the 5513-5512s in the U.S.
Is there a year code/stamp on the inside of your clasp? I don't think it should have one, as Rolex stopped around 1973 on the 9315s, or so I've read. |
