need help with ID of maybe-Rolex?

Hello from Austria,

i tried different ways and non worked, got obsessed with one Rolex I saw, seller is a old man who has it for 40 years but is it original? (i think married with non-Rolex-dial) and if yes, what ref?
movment no 40493 (1937?)
025400 is engraved on the crate
as far as I know Oysters were produced since 1939 and automatic since 1945, so it could be a manual winding one from ca 1940

sorry for my bad English
Reinhard
