It is a model 3667 from the 1940s which has lost its lugs and someone turned it into a pendant. At this point unless it has some historical value then it is basically only worth its weight in gold.
You could try and find an original back case with the lugs still attached which would make it a really nice wearer. Im afraid trying to obtain that back case may be near impossible.
