Advice on 5513

Considering this 5513. Anything I should aware of based on the collective knowledge here would be appreciated. In particular, what makes hands age different from markers? Any chance they are original but not original to the watch? Lugs looks sharp but the bottom right chamfering in one of the pics looks like it may be a bit sloppy. What causes some glossy dials to spider and other not?
