Datejust 1601 crown issue
So, I went to manually wind my 1601 Datejust with a 1575 movement and the crown simply won’t turn clockwise to wind it in the winding position. On the setting position it’ll set time normally, and the watch is running alright, so I doubt it’s a mainspring problem. What might be causing it? I’ve given it a full wind a few days ago without issue.

I assume you tried screwing the crown in and out and pulled it out and pushed it back in several times to check for any binding.
Don't force anything. Best to have Rolex or a Certified Rolex independent service shop have a look.
