Eh, not a big fan myself...
I’ve tried leather a bunch on my 16610 and never succeeded. The modern divers don’t look good on leather imo.

Ghastly. Sorry. Hopefully, Everest will release a rubber strap soon for the SD50. That would be my choice aside from the bracelet.

A racing strap on an SD? No-go for me.
I think a vintage, scruffy looking tan strap w/o stitching would look great, though! Think more Panerai.

I like the strap, but it belongs on a chronograph. Daytona or Speedy. The SD is beautiful and looks good on a bracelet IMO.

 I also like to have a little fun. Heck, put it on a bright red strap and have fun. Then switch it back whenever you want. I love the straps from Rubber B and plan to get one for my SD43 when they make the black/red combo.
