Submariner (Real or Fake)

I am looking to buy my first rolex and I happened to stumble across a very good deal (almost too good to be true) from someone. He claims that it is 100% authentic however I am skeptical because of the price and the fact that I do not know this person and the deal would be made through paypal. He included in the paypal invoice that the watch is authentic so worst case scenario I would be able to get my money back, I would just feel a lot better if I knew it was real before sending payment. Please let me know what you guys think.

Stay away! He is showing you pictures of 2 different watches. The last 2 pics are a lug hole case and the first 3 pics are not. Don't get burned.

Edit; Not a lug hole case. Sorry. My mistake. Could use better detailed photos.

Fake! See the engraving the way it is little dots, this is a dead giveaway as a fake.

Wow... How do you even make a deal like this with someone you don't have references for?

I would think the lack of even 1 close up dial picture is dead give away enough.
