Why I will never pay 300 bucks for a rubber strap

Barton. Two lengths included, shipped from Texas, 20 bucks and 2nd keeper has a notch to latch to the end piece. On a smaller wrist you only need one keeper.

Agree…easy to change and lots of color options. I find I like thin straps as well, so these are nice in that regard

Also agree with this, they make some fantastic straps.

I probably have half a dozen Barton rubber straps - hard to beat for the price

Been wearing a lot of my watches on the barton cloth ones recently. Great value for sure

I like Barton straps but if you want the best bang for buck head to AliExpress and search FKM straps. Some really good rubber straps to be had there

Well, the expensive ones have integrated end-links and allow for OEM buckles to be inserted, but, yes, RubberB and Everest can get expensive (even if cheap compared to the costs of watches these days).

Looking good!

I love my RubberB on my Black Bay but probably won't buy another - they're definitely pricey and the bracelets on my Rolexes just can't be topped.

To the uninitiated, what’s the price difference between your run of the mill Rubber B or Everest vs. this one?

is there anything that justifies the pricing for rubberB etc? I know some people swear by them but seem like a pricey option

RM owners a different breed who pay over $1000 for a $1.50 rubber strap

For me, the quality , robustness , integrated ends (or end pieces ) and the ability to use with existing Rolex clasp make it worth it. I think spending $220 for a strap for a $10,000 watch is totally reasonable . Honestly I’m surprised people balk at it.

*this, I agree with.

Barton are nice, but Rubber B (with Vanguard a little way behind) complement Rolex and Tudor perfectly.
