There is nothing in the photos you posted indicating they are replacement hands unless they glow substantially in the dark. There is nothing in your photos that I see indicating they are aftermarket hands and additionally, I have never seen an aftermarket seconds hand that looks like a genuine Rolex one. Below is a "rough draft" diagram for all the GMT police!

btw , i'm pretty sure the hands will glow like the olympic flame...
