The Vice President or The Candidate ? (Tudor 94500)

Some pics of my Tudor Date + Day 94500 on an aftermarket SS presidential bracelet (Watchgecko). I think it's a cool and quite convincing mod.
Which nickname is better ? The vice president or the candidate ?

Looks like a president except it doesn't appeal to me. I feel like its just trying to be something its not. I would get a DD 18038 if money is the issue and get the real thing.

Hey i didn't say that it was a "president". A presidential campaign is a long long road.

Im not saying its a president. But come on look at the watch. Its obviously trying to be one. If this was a government party this would be the "green party".

I would say the vice president is more appropriate. Because everyone knows the vice president is prying for an assignation deep down inside. If you look at the rolex brand as a party. Both rolex and tudor are the same company. So you can say they are part of the same party. "The Vice president"

I mean when you think about it. Nice complication for 2k price tag.

As a european, maybe "prime minister" is a better fit.

I got it for 1300 euros and the band for 30 euros. +5s./day and double quick set (IIRC, the 18038 is single quick set).

Thanks !

As much as i love the "presidential" look, the watch is back on its original configuration because the folded oyster is the most comfortable bracelet i've ever experienced.
Originally, i was looking for a nice dress watch and my mind was set on a 116200/16200 until i saw this watch on chrono24.
I called the dealer and asked him if the date AND day jumped instantly at midnight and when he said yes, i bought it immediately. IMHO, it represented a better value than the DJ (Yes it's an ETA, yes it's noisier than a Rolex but as time goes by, i care less and less about the supremacy of in-house movements).

The hands on my watch are not set correctly so the day-date change occurs at 00:12 but it doesn't bother me. It gives me time to prepare for the show.
The midnight "double-snap" is so powerful that i can feel it on my wrist. Mechanical marvel.

I found this interesting article on the Rolex 6611 in steel.
