TWC also just re-organized all the channels. Screwed everything up and there are channels missing. >:|

Unless you're in any hotel room I've ever stayed in with a few rain clouds. I'm amazed how many times I see on NO SIGNAL FOUND.

TWC still sucks though.

We have a few airport TV systems running content that is fed by Time Warner. In one market our system was done for days and we spent countless hours to troubleshoot only to find TWC removed the specific channel without any notice to us.

Researching Direct TV and other options today!

These cable companies have us by the short hairs. The customer service people are the worst! If they say "Do you mind if I put you on hold?" say yes, I prefer to have you stay on the line while you research what is going on with my account.

All of the reps put you on hold for 2-4 mins to help increase their metrics for time on the line "helping" customers.

We call them Com-Crap. TWC is not much better. I've had both.

Heaven help us if the merger goes through. As in the airline mergers, the lowest common denominator will prevail. Suck factor will go up by a magnitude of three.

Its threads like this that make me love fios even more. I'm sure that they are a bunch of criminals also but not having to deal with time warner makes me a little tingly inside. Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I love my Direct TV !! I call every 4 months and ask for a discount and I usually get another 10 off after the last one discount expires. Never had an issue with customer service or wait time.

If go to direct use my account number and you get 100 off the first year

TWC is horrid haven't had any issues with u-verse since I got it. Holds a massive amount of recordings as well. Direct TV isnt bad either, as long as the weather isnt terrible where you are.
