My first Tudor (79090 Sub) was after Rolex Sub and DJ. Was looking for 5513 and got frustrated trying to find something reasonable and original. Found full set blue face 79090 for half the price of 5513 and it gets almost half the wrist time.

First Rolexes. But everything changed when they launched the black bay

I bought the ceramic bezel Daytona, Pepsi and Batman

But I bought and kept 14 tudors meanwhile

And I do prefer Tudor

After buying my Rolex I discovered Tudor. I haven’t purchased yet; but I’ve got the itch for some riveted black bay goodness.

I already had 3 Rolex watches in my collection by the time I got my first Tudor which was the Pelagos. Since getting that watch I've added a Rolex Day date and 3 black bays, but the Pelagos gets the most wrist time as my daily beater.

Since getting the BB GMT last month, the ratio of Tudor vs Rolex is 50-50. Next watch will tip the balance one way or the other.

I had a SS DJ II and BLNR before buying the Tudor BB GMT. Have since added an Omega Seamaster (was on wait list for a Milgauss z-blue for a while but a few visits to an Omega AD changed my mind). All get about equal wrist time along with a Tag Grand Carerra.

First Rolex......10 years later Tudor.
I think I wear my Rolex twice more than the Tudor’s.... not quite sure of the ratio

Rolex.

Then Tudor.

If I’m buying modern just because I feel like a new watch, it’ll be a Tudor over Rolex.

I have a BBBronze and a THC and quite frankly, it’s a perfect 2 watch collection.

I’ve had a Daytona and still have several Subs and beside aesthetics and some touchy feely, they’re of equal quality in my eyes. In fact, the THC is almost a perfect one watch collection.

Rolex Explorer
Tutor gmt
Rolex gmt chnr (sold)
Rolex sub date
Rolex pepsi gmt
Tutor gmt is worn, by far, the most. Explorer would be a distant second.

I purchased multiple Rolex watches before buying my first Tudor, a Blue Pelagos. Different watch types, Pelagos is a brilliant and evolutionary dive watch made by a trusted quality brand at an awesome price.

Datejust was my first, followed by a few others. Tudor Heritage Chrono (blue) and then a couple more Rolex.

Funny, saw a post on here about the Tudor yesterday, pulled it out of the safety deposit box today. Love the watch!

First Rolex was a 14060 purchased used from an AD about 15 years ago. I purchased a Pelagos about a year ago, and then a North Flag last month.

I didnt know tudor before i got into Rolexes. after my frst rolex i bought and sell couple of Tudors. only one i keep is gmt for now. I like watches with bracelet and i love rolexes easy link or glidelock. i wish Tudor had same feature. I think they only have it in Pelagos which is pretty bg for my wrist

Vintage Tudor Ranger first. Then several different Rolex references. Most recently back to Tudor. They are both great brands.

Owned a GMT Master II, Milgauss GV and 214270 MkII before my Black Bay Heritage. The Tudor’s quality and accuracy is easily on par with the others and I like the fact that it flies under the radar. It’s a great value play.

Bought Rolex and then bought Tudor; I actually fell in love with the Tudor BBR and even bought a red insert for my 14060 before I bought my first Tudor. Eventually had four Tudors and more Rolex. Sold all the Tudors and all but two Rolex to get a Pt Daytona. No more Tudors in my plans. More interested in Ball at the moment. Love their lume.

i went Tudor then Rolex. then sold all my Tudors (bb steel, pelagos lhd). Rolex ruined Tudor for me, the quality is not comparable and frankly at the pricing for Tudor id rather get into the secondary market omegas.

I've owned a 16610LV, 16613, 168000, and a BLNR. Last month I sold the BLNR and today I bought a Tudor Black Bay red. I'm very happy.

I have my eye on a few. Pretty cool they’re doing some of their own movements now.

I like a leather band for my daily wear, but it’s not good for summer season. Thinking a Tudor with a strap would make a great compliment to my Sub!
