Repair/Regulation advice
I have a 2019 black wave Omega SMP 300m Diver that's running +6.9secs fast. It runs +2secs when's it's put down, 3 up. But 6-9 worn or dial up. I don't know if I banged it or what.
Whats the best route... a) Omega Warranty b) Omega Service Center c) local AD watch repairer D) 3rd party watch repairer Also what roughly the cost of getting it looked at? |

You can visit the nearby Omega Service Center and have them take a look. I doubt it needs service since it’s new, but who knows.
Since it’s under warranty, you can probably have it regulated at no extra cost. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Telephone Omega Customer Service at (800) 766-6342 to say your new watch is out of spec, and ask them what they recommend for evaluation and correction. They may refer you to the nearest Omega Boutique for handling, or they may send you a label for shipping it to a Service Center. Don't let a local resource who is not a certified Omega Service Center open the watch because this would void your Omega warranty.

Thanks for the help. Will do that.
Thanks for the help. I'll look at the list of local service centers for Chicago and go from there. Last edited by Tools; 10 February 2020 at 02:30 AM.. |
